Terrible Refund Policy and Customer Service I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Zanda. I returned items that were of unacceptable quality, following all their instructions precisely, only to be informed later that they cannot process a refund because of "technical system limitations" after 180 days. This delay was caused by their own return process, including courier and customs issues—none of which were within my control. Even worse, I contacted their customer service multiple times during the return process to address this matter and was never informed of any time limits for refunds. Had this been communicated earlier, I could have made alternative arrangements. Instead, they conveniently blame their own policies and systems, refusing to take responsibility for the inconvenience they caused. Offering a store credit is not an acceptable substitute for a refund I am entitled to. Their lack of transparency, accountability, and customer care is appalling. I would strongly advise others to avoid shopping with Zanda unless you are prepared to deal with a similar headache.
