The product has a good build quality. The packaging was better than expected. The delivery arrived within a reasonable time period. The Nexus mobile app could be improved. I had to connect to wallet a second time before balance would appear, my XLM coins are not listed on the app and there is no option for me to set a password on the app to prevent someone else seeing the full value of my wallet. Overall a good experience so far. Also nice to receive delivery with no EU import taxes being added.
