Robbery
I recently stayed at Meininger city center hostel Brussels. I made a mistake and booked for the day after my arrival. I asked the frontdesk employee if we could stay the night of actual arrival ‘for free’ since I’d pay for the next day anyway. He told me I would wouldn’t get charged for my booking if we cancelled. With the help of the frontdesk employee we cancelled my booking. After the cancellation we paid again for another night. I still got charged the €170, even after I was told that wouldn’t happen. I think it’s highly unfair and unprofessional to charge the €170. I’m very upset.
