Ideally I would give zero stars.
Ideally I would give zero stars. No communication, no reply to calls/voicemails/emails, and whenever I did hear anything it was the same one line answer of 'waiting for answers to enquiries' for months on end. I even spoke to my solicitor and explicitly asked if something had happened and was told 'no' even though I had the email chains showing he had been contacted. He would also audibly sigh whenever I asked a question. Any action would miraculously happen immediately after I called them but never before. I was not informed of delays or the reasons why, or told that the seller had debt secured against the property. I had to update the sellers and management company, and find solutions to issues myself. Even on the supposed day of completion no-one contacted me to let me know we could go ahead, and there was no answer from even the main phone number all day. I had to chase for two days to find out that I could have collected the keys but no-one thought to tell me. My mortgage advisor was horrified by the total lack of service, and neither of us would ever advise anyone else to use JS Law. I even complained at one point (after my conveyancer refused to give me his manager's details) and even then received no acknowledgment at all.
