I woke up on the first day of jak 3 statues pre orders. Ordered 2 exclusive and 2 regular statues. A few days ago I emailed asking for an update to when they will ship and asked why there is “tax” if I have to pay customs once the statues enter Canada? Instead of getting clarification they proceeded to cancel all 4 of my statues. When I asked why they did that the customer service stopped replying to my emails. Awful company.
