This is what happened
Ok. Just wrote this once... Gonna do it again. Just not as well. Here we go: Firstly, I'm writing this right now, because of the tremendous experience I had with canceling the premium subscription, which I had not used, and had forgotten to disable(for automatic renewal). It was $99, like some of the bad reviews have stated, but was a breeze to request a refund, and cancel. $100 for a yearly premium subscription, not monthly. I read another review, lying about this. Anyhow, the device and app work without it. They just give you a whole lotta stuff that, personally, I find unnecessary. It came as expected, delivery was quick. Intact and unharmed, I plugged it in, fired the app up, and compared results to other diagnostics tools I own (best one I own is an Innova 5210 (about $150 4 years ago). Same results, just way cheaper. I'm only adding this bit, because my first go on this review was far more invested. But, I 100% recommend this product. The developers behind it are working to facilitate a leave-in Diagnostics tool (and accompanying application) for an incredibly affordable price. It clearly works as well as one for $ >100 (over $100). And once again on that CS! Well done. Make more shhtuff, so I can buy it for the customer support! You guys rock!
