Bad customer service
After being a loyal customer for two years, I’m extremely disappointed with the appalling customer service I've experienced. A prescription issue that took months to resolve was finally addressed, but instead of resolving it properly, my account was credited along with an admin fee. To make matters worse, the credit can only be used over the phone — in 2024, this feels completely outdated and inconvenient. Even though my prescription was valid, the deduction of an admin fee (and the expiration of my previously valid* prescription) has left me unable to purchase the products I need. As a result, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere for all future prescriptions and pet supplies.
