Nuffield Health pretended many times not to receive my cancellation email, even when they replied to it. These are the people who are too cowardly to be criminals so live on the borderline of legitimate business and scam artist. Every bad thing you've every heard about gyms and gym memberships applies here. If you are thinking of agreeing to or signing anything, consider the hours you will waste trying to end the relationship (!) and think again. Staff lack intelligence and compassion and there has clearly been a filter set to encourage those qualities for a long time. I wonder how it feels to be a waste of other people's time for a living?
