Did not deliver food
Did not deliver food, in fact it wasn't even collected from the shop. Zero notification of non-arrival, just hours spent waiting beyond the delivery slot time then realising when the shop closed at 10pm it would not be coming. Ridiculous state of affairs, every time I go in your shops they are always playing messages over the speaker about how they help community groups and the marginalised, obviously that does not include housebound disabled people like me.
