I was charged too much for my order
I was charged too much for my order. I called and left a message. I also sent an email. The response I received advised that that “the company could enter the order for me” The same order that was already placed, overcharged, partially shipped.. I called two more times pverthe nest few weeks. and finally spoke with someone. She took my contact information for someone to call me: which never happened.
