No more chances
Gave the guys a second chance after a terrible first experience but they have managed to mess it up yet again. They have cancelled one item due to stock issues on a product that every merchant I have checked has in stock by the 100s. Due to my first experience I called them early to make sure there was no problem this time. I was promised everything was fine and would be delivered in full on Monday. But no - when I get the email confirmation it's now two days later. The knock on affect it has in arranging electricians etc causes a real pain and lost money. You have had two chances, but no more. Even after the first review you asked for my order number to investigate and never came back to me. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.
