I am Very satisfied with the service…except for no extra seat allocations for disabled pax?
I am Very satisfied with the service WCHS for my wife, which I was able to book during flt reservation, it would have been top score if we were able to also receive seat allocation (free for disabled who are taken to door of a/craft) at/near front but on the last 2 flts we had to struggle to almost the last row, no doubt there's rear door entry on some flats but I haven't seen or heard of this facility by your a/line ? Otherwise an excellent experience from very capable cabin staff!
