Terrible support
Accidently booked a rental car in the wrong city. After clicking on “Manage Reservations” I was asked to sign on although I was already signed in. I signed on again and was taken to “Reservation details” where I could choose “Manage Reservations” again. UNABLE TO CANCEL! I tried chat but got nowhere as it keep taking me back to “Reservation details” where, guess what, I could “Manage Reservations” again. So I called the support number. Automation said the wait was over 15 minutes and I could be called back when agent was available. Great, I setup for call back. 6 ½ hours, yes “SIX AND ONE HALF HOURS” later I received a call back and when I answered all I heard was music. Later I discovered the cancelation process that did not work on a PC would work from the Travelocity app on a phone. How many stars should a 6 ½ wait for support receive?
