I received test strips without the code…
I received test strips without the code chip included in the box which rendered the strips useless. After 24 minutes on hold with Esther I was advised that the manufacturer would reach out to me and I should expect to get replacement strips the next day. The manufacturer did finally call and advised me that the purchase was considered "unauthorized" so they would not stand by the mistake. Back to customer service I was told that strips would be mailed out ASAP. Five days later I still have no strips. I went to the lab to have the INR drawn and it was high. Now I am awaiting a new system from another medical supply company. Total disregard for the health and safety of the customer. Shameful!!
