Absolutely dreadful

Absolutely dreadful. Ordered a SIM on Saturday with the intention of swopping to this network provider- I've had no further updates since then. Did an online chat with someone in an overseas call centre earlier today to check the progress of my order, only to be told I'd have to order another SIM using a different email address. As I couldn't understand his explanation as to why I'd have to do that I called the customer service number and spoke to someone else, (also overseas) and she couldn't resolve the matter either. I then received a call from someone else in an overseas call centre who was apparently more senior than the previous two people I spoke to and he told me something completely different and said it would take 5-7 working days to get the matter resolved, and it would be easier to just order a new SIM to speed up the process! Pathetic- I'm taking my business elsewhere.
