Great customer service Menaga !! …
Great customer service this morning from Menaga. I signed up to get the £25 off but the code didn’t arrive so we just went ahead and booked our hotel. The email then arrived and I phoned this morning to see if it could be applied retrospectively and it was. Just a lovely little sweetener for a wet Monday morning! Menaga was really helpful, efficient and we developed a good rapport during the call. Haven’t had our holiday yet but have no reason to think it would be any less than 5*. Thankyou!!!
