Horrible.
Im 18 and legal to vape in my state. I ordered from their site and was unaware of the age limit for them was 21. I called them to fix this and cancel my order, the person in the other line was incredibly rude. They talked down to me and basically made me feel stupid for a mistake i wanted to correct and then proceeded to say my account was banned and I can not shop there ever again. Even if I came back at 21+. Horrible experience, refund took a week, incredibly rude, and I am not happy.
