Foul mouthed and unprofessional
I went into the Mansfield branch around 2 pm on the 9/11/22 and i was totally shocked at the foul language being used by the staff front of house in front of customers. As i stood browsing the shelves all i could hear was Effin this and Effin that,talk about unprofessional!!. I walked out in the end and purchased what i needed else where. Call me old fashioned but Manners cost nothing in my opinion and if Travis Perkins feels this is acceptable behaviour from staff then that says alot about them.
