First time using this service
First time using this service, thought I'd found a great new site. Brought a soundpack that was "4.6gb and over 340 sounds" only ever received a download link for a promo pack..76 sounds/400mb. I used the chat service that states "immediate reply". After 2 hours they said they'd look into it and get back to me within 24 hours..never heard back! Pack I recieved was decent, shame I never got the full product. Update! After contacting the team they have now corrected their mistake. I've knocked off 1 star as I had to send numerous emails to chase them up but they did sort it out!
