Great app but needs improving

Great app but needs improving. My son had 90 odd smart learning on OCR Computer Science and they disappeared. My son started going through some of the sections again and the memory strength doesn’t increase unless it’s done again via smart learning which is really disappointing and doesn’t truly reflect the memory strength. I subscribed to the AI version back in November and requested material which wasn’t on Seneca - Merchant of Venice - which my son is studying for GCSE and 6 months later, no response. Unseen Poetry is also absent from Seneca but I suppose it is good to get the CGP books on these as it’s good to mix resources up a bit. I would like to see a GCSE section for spelling, punctuation and grammar as I think this would be better on Seneca rather than using books. French foundation is mixed with the higher work unless only studying the vocab. They could provide more for foundation. A few months ago I did report an issue and I was asked to go back through the resource to provide more information. I wasn’t going to make my son go through the resource again just to assist - disappointing they didn’t just take a look themselves. The more recent communication on the issues (stated above) was dealt with better as they went away to look into the issues. My son did complete the first task on Combined Science Chemistry Foundation and it gave the option to complete a couple of exam style questions and we found there wasn’t enough information in the task to help him fully understand the exam style questions. Maybe it would have helped if we had started and completed Seneca earlier covering the KS3 knowledge. I really recommend anyone getting Seneca to upgrade to enable the smart learning because it’s the smart learning that aids long term memory on what’s being studied. I definitely recommend AI when approaching exams as it’s really helpful assessing the child’s answers and providing feedback on how the child can improve. Gifs are distracting. My son said there isn’t a setting to turn them off. The gifs are good but there are maybe too many of them.
