Great customer service!!
We bought eSIMs for our Italy trip. There were a few issues such as one eSIM did not work and we had to get a refund and the hotspot was not working. However, every time I had an issue I emailed Jetpack and they continually provided quick support to try and solve my problem. I ended up fixing one eSIM and the other could not be fixed. They also solved my hotspot issue and it then began to work. Although we had a few issues with the eSIM, the service was top quality and they always responded promptly. Thank you for all your help!
