Got wrongly charged a late return fee
I hired an equipment for a day,picked up on a Saturday and planned to return same day but the staff asked that I return on Monday instead.I specifically asked if that would not be considered as a late return since I paid for 1 day. He said it would not since they were closed on Sunday anyways. I got a text on Sunday saying I was late and then charged £6.60(20th May). I returned the equipment on Monday and although an invoice was generated to say I should not have been charged,the money has been taken and has not been returned till date.
