Paul Tobin is an absolute gent. We recently purchased a property through him. Point 1 - He is an excellent sales agent and constantly put us in contact with experts even if it wasn’t always in his teams best interests (as they would be the other side of the table to him) 😊. But far more importantly point 2 - the previous owner is the most miserable person I have ever come across and basically stole anything not bolted to the wall - the fridge, curtains and bed. When viewing the apartment we did discuss the bed but I never in a million years considered putting them in the sales contract as who on earth takes a crappy used fridge. Paul to his incredible honor took it upon himself to purchase a bed for us so we could at least get off the floor. As I said - an absolute gent! I can’t recommend him enough.
