Excellent API documentation and reliability

We've been using Twilio for SMS notifications in our app for over two years now. The API documentation is top-notch and implementation was straightforward. Delivery rates are consistently high and the service has been very reliable. Pricing can add up with high volume, but the quality justifies the cost.
