Website was easy to use and, if applicable, you could claim VAT exemption on line rather than by post. Items were well packaged and arrived as promised. Had a minor problem with a missing item. Customer Services were easy to contact and replied immediately. Replacement item was received within 2 days. An excellent supplier who I will not hesitate to use again and recommend to others.
