Breathtakingly bad service.
Breathtakingly bad service. 3 days and over a dozen call to get through to service about a warranty issue. Water in the indicator. When finally got through I was told to bring the bike up the next day so someone could have a look at it. When I arrived I was meet by the rudest person I have ever met demanding to know who I thought I was that I could just turn up and expect to be dealt with. When I explained the phone call he told me it couldn't be looked at and needed to be sent away to see if water had indeed got into the indicator. I asked him if he could possibly go outside to the bike and use his eyes to see that the indicator was indeed half full with water to save time sending it off. That didn't go well. He then went a different shade of red and stormed off like a child. What a service when you spend over 20K on a bike.
