Had booked with Zest, but Autos Aguirre told us this meant we had access to only the most basic vehicle. It was not even that. No-one at airport rental desk, and it took a phone call and then a 20 min walk through the rain and Gibraltar/Spain border to reach a manned office. Had booked a 7 seater van eg Galaxy and received a VW Caddy. Vehicle was blocked into its parking - when this was finally solved, an Airbag fault and AdBlue warning came up and this could not be solved. We left an hour later than we should have. Drove vehicle only for there and back to destination and did not tour at all as it felt unsafe. Waste of time and money. Tried to speak to manager (Jose Antonio), but he would not take to call. Avoid like the plague. I will be asking for a refund of at least some of the monies paid. The rental ruined the visit to see our new grandchild.
