Awful! Wolverhampton branch! They called me to make sure I was still attending my viewing that evening which I said I was very keen and could they send me the application form before going so I could fill it in. They sent me the application form, I viewed the flat and send it back, they didn’t even bother to email me to respond to my emails to say I was unsuccessful. I believe her name was kylie. Very unprofessional
