Great coverage, slow customer service

The network coverage is excellent across our multi-state operations, and call quality is consistently clear. My main complaint is with customer service response times - it shouldn't take 45 minutes on hold just to ask a simple billing question. The technical support team is knowledgeable once you reach them, but the wait times are unacceptable for business customers.
