Review of Celtic Journey Trip 6/10 - 6/21
1. Too fast paced and the tour leader advised us several times of "no real time for lunch so grab something and get back to bus." Not acceptable and was looking for a nice lunch break. 2. Our tour leader booked a flight that I thought was a needless early plane flight and Amsterdam connection journey back home and could have been booked direct through Dublin return. We needed to catch the Glasgow flight leaving 6?05 AM and changing planes in Amsterdam. Why not take a direct out of Dublin to Atlanta later? Our leader explained she didn't want to land in JFK. Couldn't a later flight be booked? 3. Our tour guide knew history of our locations but not the current economics, etc. That would have been very educational as well. 4. Too long on Iona - two days not necessary.
