DO NOT use this company unless you have lots of time, on your hands, to waste. You will be chasing them, repeatedly. They are rude and the customer support is very much based on arrogance. They don’t send cash withdrawals within their published times. I’m left wondering if they might be in some kind of trouble and need to hold onto client funds, for as long as possible. It’s the unfortunate impression which they have left me with. In addition, I believe that I have noticed a pattern whereby when you are winning they frequently suspend your market with the consequence that you cannot cash out. The benefit to them, of seemingly stopping you from closing out profits - is obvious. Just be careful with Spreadex. They ignored all requests for a plausible explanation regarding my concerns about fund withdrawals. The endless negative reviews here on Trustpilot are consistent with my own experiences and are of further concern. I’ll put no store by the inevitable customer service concern which shall no doubt shortly appear here, on Trustpilot. It will amount to more smoke and mirrors. DONT USE THESE SHARKS. —————————————————- And now we have the predicted sincere (lol) customer service concern. They didn’t show ANY concern (but they did show a lot of arrogance) when I was endlessly chasing them for basic customer support. In addition, there is clearly no denial that they ‘suspend’ markets seemingly to deny clients the opportunity to ‘cash out’ trading positions unfavourable to Spreadex themselves. SHOCKING.
