On website out of stock items clearly displayed I placed an order on 2nd November, for 3 bottles of fortified wine. Prices were very competitive. I received an email same day with details of the order. On Saturday 14th November I sent email asking about my order. PayPal logged the order was on hold, ie funds had not been taken. I received a reply from the Ministry of Drinks logistics department the same day informing me the order would be dispatched the early part of next week. I received emails regards the dispatch and shipping with SMS from Parcelforce although I received no tracking number. I received my order in full on Thurs 18/11/2011. Securely packaged Overall highly satisfied considering the excellent value of the fortified wines
