Booking the best flight was very easy
Booking the best flight was vetmry easy. I spoke to an agent called Pawan and he was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond his job role. He provided me with lots of information particularly as I had a about a 10 hour layover. He gave me information about how to contact the airline and what to ask. He gave me all the correct information and was very knowledgeable and calm. I am very pleased and happy with his service in particular. Southall is very lucky to have an agent like Pawan. Thank you.
