Pallet of bricks ordered
Ordered a pallet of bricks which were in stock on the website, but were actually not available at the time due to supply issues. Within an hour of me placing the order they called to explain the situation and immediately refunded me. Although they didn't have what I needed, they dealt with it very quickly so I would definitely use again!
