DON'T ORDER ONLINE. the website automatically goes to delivery even after you choose click and collect. I have been waiting for 3 weeks for my delivery and I'm leaving for holiday in two days. The only solution the store could offer was to repurchase everything and cancel the order when they get around to it. I can't get in touch with any one to help me. The store can't even cancel the order for me. Haven't even answered my online inquiry. No customer service available at all. I'm so disappointed. Not sure what to do.
