No warranty
I have tried both the clean and alkaline filters. I live in a soft water area and find the magnesium filter leaves a taste to the water. The opening flap of the lid has broken in my glass jug after just a few months. Apparently there isn’t a warranty for this and postage of £5 seems a little steep for a replacement flat lid.
