Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. Tried from 9am on Monday to call. Told one in the queue for about an hour and cut off 3 times. Eventually get through and advise the agent of my mistake ordering wrong game platform. Very unsympathetic and nothing he can do. No refund. This was my mistake. But then when I say there has to be something. Try selling on another site. Please let me speak to someone. Advises me it is only him and eventually gives me his managers email. It’s not. It’s a generic accounts email but I email it on Monday. Just had it undeliverable today. Try calling. Again cut off after queuing for ages. Nightmare. I made a mistake but absolutely no help at all. Left a bad taste in the mouth for sure.
