Bad Customer Service
This company has very bad customer service, with a chatbot that knows to answer nothing. They diactivated my SIM card which I have been using for more than four years because I didn't make calls from it for three months without telling me anything. When I called their customer service, they were very rude and kept telling me there was nothing they could do. I have sent them an email and got no reply, sent them another one, and I will see what they respond with. If you really care about your phone number and want good customer support, please don't buy from this company.
