SCAM - Do not use this company
An absolute SCAM, misleadingly advertise completion of RSA in 3 hours, tell you no payment is required until you pass, ask you to complete the survey after the first section, which yes is very fast and easy, UNTIL you get asked to pay before you can proceed to next stage. Then complete section 2, thinking that’s all you need to do, THEN, get advised you need to complete an assessment with someone over the phone which you cannot book a session for!!!!!! Lost shifts because RSA not complete. Completion of RSA in 1.5 weeks only because I finally found a phone number and advised, how mad I was, did they exert themselves to find me a spot to complete phone scenarios. Oh and if you need to complete phone scenario after work you need to be a ‘priority’ and pay another $115. SCAM-SCAM-SCAM Anyone saying favourable things about this company is because they completed the survey after the first section, NOT after completion.
