would NEVER recommend pods
They quoted me storage for “plenty of space” for the items I had and on the day of our movers right away said we needed more. They said pods frequently does this so you feel obligated to order for them for the additional storage since you already are spending a lot of money. Then when it came to delivery they said they couldn’t deliver on the day it would arrive because it’s required to go to a storage warehouse. They said all three pods would come the day after I move into my house. Come to find out one wasn’t even scheduled for transit for my long distance move so I wouldn’t have a third of my items until a week after I moved into my house. No one told me this when they confirmed all three would be arriving and continued to make excuses. One pod arrived damaged and there was rat feces all over our items. The issue is still not resolved when they guaranteed a solution within the week. Awful experience.
