This is the worst place to do business…
This is the worst place to do business for a loan, car , etc. I went this today to pay off a jeep loan that has my husband name and my name on that account. I went online to check the pay off. Went and got a cashiers check for the amount shown on the account. I take the check to Altra they tell me it's 110 dollars more cause of the interest today. So I go to the bank to get that amount , Then take it back to Altra , then they tell me that my husband name is on the savings account. Then they tell me they can put it in the account but my husband has to pay it off. And the employees are rude on the phone and in person. When a customer chooses your compnay do to their business with you should try to be polite to them.Once we get this situation resolved we WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS THERE AGAIN.
