The app doesn't work. Payments don't show up while you're at the airport. We ended up paying 3 times for one drop-off and dealing with customer services is poor - they ask too much information when they have footage to prove visits and records of number of payments. Awful! Update following NCP update 20 hours ago: As indicated in original review I am already in communication with Customer Services and being asked for ridiculous amounts of proof of payments. Will update further when /if progress.
