Perfect for Calorie Control Without Compromising on Taste
I’ve tried a good chunk of the Skinny Food Co. range now and honestly, I’m pleasantly surprised at how good most of them are. I follow intermittent fasting and calorie control, and these make it way easier to stick to my goals without feeling like I’m missing out. The flavour drops are fantastic—salted caramel and popcorn are my go-tos for coffee and yogurt. I wasn’t sure what to expect from the barista syrups, but they actually mix in really well and don’t leave a synthetic aftertaste like some sugar-free brands. Their sauces are where they really shine though. The garlic & herb is perfect with wraps and chicken, and the honey mustard and ranch dressing are both full of flavour. I’ve used them in salads and as dips, and they’re great for adding taste without piling on calories. Tried a few of the cocktail mixers too for weekends—lemonade mojito and pornstar martini were surprisingly good. Even just with soda water, they make a nice, light drink. I’m also using the mayo alternative, which isn’t exactly Hellmann’s, but for a low-cal version, it’s more than good enough. Fast delivery, everything arrived well packaged and sealed. It’s now a regular part of my shop. If you’re watching your intake or just want some guilt-free flavour boosts, it’s worth a go.
