I am trying to return the back covers
I am trying to return the back covers, which are too big for my sofa. They sent me an email to return the items to China. Their website says they will provide a shipping label. It also says they are in NV. What do I have ti do to get them to honor their return policy? This is very disappointing. Horrible company, they keep sending me the China address but have not yet sent me the return label to Las Vegas. I will have to file a claim with my credit card. Do not buy from them.
