I would stay clear of AutoUnion
I would stay clear of AutoUnion - Bergamo airport. The staff was rude and they have terrible communication within the company. We changed the name of the main driver long before we arrived (through a broker who notified AutoUnion). The headquarter, or what we should call it, never changed this in their papers, leading to us not getting the car we had already paid for. No one was able to reach the office, and the staff at the car-providet desk didn’t really do anything to help here and were just rude. I sat on the phone trying to reach the «headquarter» for AutoUnion for hours without anyone picking up the phone. Terrible experience overall and wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
