Affordable Insurance with Excellent Communication, but Ineffective When Needed
I recently had an experience with Apollo Insurance that I feel compelled to share. On the positive side, the insurance was quite affordable compared to others in the market, and the communication with their representatives was consistently pleasant and professional. However, when it came to actually needing the insurance due to the theft of my bicycle, the policy proved to be ineffective. Despite having coverage, the deductible was set at the same amount as the value of my claim, rendering the policy essentially useless in my situation. While I had hoped for some financial assistance in the event of such an unfortunate incident, the reality was that the policy offered no relief. This experience has led me to the conclusion that, although the upfront costs are low and the service is friendly, the practical benefits of this insurance are questionable. Therefore, I cannot recommend Apollo Insurance based on my personal experience, as the policy did not provide the coverage I expected when I needed it most.
