Customer service is non existent. I have sent over 15 emails and messages regarding a missing item, I have not had a single response. This has been going on for 3 weeks now Update 26.08.25 Thanks for your response, however, I have followed the link and your suggestion but still had NO RESPONSE!!! Please send me my money back for the items you have not sent to me
