Princess Cruise Lines will NEVER get my Business again - I cancelled a cruise I could not go on because I was assisting my Mother-in-Law into a Hospice Adult Family Home - and did not have time to cancel !!! What a rotten way to treat a customer !!! $400 fee for cancelling ???
