Horrible service

Too bad, it is no 0 rating. Horrible service and the worst experience. Regret that tried to start with this company. I have canceled the same-day order # 974576814 and have proof of cancellation. Have contacted the customer service not just ones. The customer service representatives made promises to resolve the problem but I am continuously receiving a bill for services I have never received. I would never refer or advise to deal with such company.
