My honest opinion about our return…
My honest opinion about our return flights .... no complaints about the pilot or the onboard employees they were all great - my daughter who has autism was overheated on both the departure flight and the return flight the aeroplane itself was ridiculously hot both ways we were sweating - she struggles to regulate temperatures so suffered massively on both flights - I've never experienced this before? Why are your planes so hot? EasyJet Ryanair both budget airlines have aircon or cool air - my next complaint is we paid extra for sun comfort with priority check in and also registered as a disabled party with x 3 disabled family members - at Dalaman there was NO call for priority they allowed wheelchair uses and stick users onboard then the rest was general - we have two autistic children both were off the scale in huge queues again we've never experienced this with all other airlines we were allowed to board first get them into their seats then they are settled - it was a bad return flight before we even set off trying to settle autistic children who can't cope is not funny - what was the benefit of paying extra to not get the support we needed?also The online check in app or website wasn't accepting my surname (I was lead passenger and booker) it was for some reason in my son in laws name so I have no flight details or reward actual in my name whatsoever and it took a lot of time and stress to suss this out and check in ... we benefitted from priority bag drop which was something I guess - luggage was meant to come off first this wasn't the case and my granddaughters special needs pushchair came off last a long time after ... as a flight company you need to make sure all customers are comfortable and happy and give the services your charging for ... flight was on time and smooth so for that I'm happy but it could have all been less stressful and calmer for our group for sure
